The whole procedure consists of three phases, which can be completed in two days.

First Phase: Uterine fibroid diagnoses through the use of lower abdomen MR images
This procedure accurately determines the presence, size, shape, location, amount and consistency of uterine fibroids and decides if patient is eligible to be treated with ExAblate. If so, this study will also examine the whole treatment plan.
This phase also diagnoses other pathologies within the region by assessing all pelvic structures: uterus, ovaries, urine bladder, sigmoid colon, and iliac, sacrum and coccyx bones.
Second Phase: Magnetic resonance by using a contrast agent
Only eligible patients for ExAblate treatment should be submitted to this study, which is intended to know uterine fibroids biological fibroids.
During this stage, responsible female doctors will give you a full explanation about the diagnosis and the details concerning the ExAblate treatment.
Third phase: ExAblate 2000 treatment
All over the world, an ExAblate treatment costs between 7 thousand and 16 thousand dollars (tax not included).

Take on official airport taxicabs for transferring you to your hotel.
Write down the name, address and your hotel telephone numbers and carry them out with you all the time.
Carry out a photocopy of your passport and/or ID and keep the originals in your hotel safe box, along with your airplane ticket.
Do not wear valuable jewels or ostentatious items. It's better to travel without them or keep them in your hotel safe box.
Only exchange your money and/or traveler checks in banks, money exchange offices or hotels. If you intend to stroll down the street, do not take with you large amounts of money or all of your credit cards.
Avoid areas marked as unsafe and, of preference, do not go out very late at night.
Ask your hotel to recommend you a taxicab phone service and avoid taking them directly in the street.
In Mexico City, it is not advisable to eat food from sidewalk stalls or to drink tap water. Eat your meals in restaurants and drink bottled water with no ice.
